It truly is. Everyone smiles at you. They are all courteous and polite. Ready to help a stranger even if it means going out of their way. Stunning Architecture and the zoning laws have helped the country hold on to its architectural heritage. We landed in Paro and Stayed at a beautiful hotel called The Zhiwa Ling. It is built on ten acres of land strictly adhering to traditional Bhutanese architecture. a temple has been built into the second floor of the hotel, made with 450-year-old timbers from the famous Gangtey Monastery, the crowning glory of this new cultural landmark. There are lots of super luxury hotels available in Paro but for a real feel of Bhutan, I would not go anywhere else.

Can’t wait to visit 🙂
