Jimbaran beach and the famous Jimbaran Bay are located on Bali’s southwestern coast. The land gently slopes away from the beach revealing exclusive celebrity haunts hidden under a canopy of leafy tropical forests. Jimbaran is the realm of luxury hotels, the likes of the Four Seasons Resort at Jimbaran Bay. This is where you will find ‘Sundara‘ meaning beautiful in Balinese. Tucked away in a corner, a sea facing restaurant with beautiful views and brunch menu to match it 🙂
It has beautiful views, beautiful food and beautiful people…
Here is a glimpse of what we ate and drank 😉

The restaurant has an amazing view of Jimbaran Bay, try it out in the evening to catch the sunset and enjoy the DJ session over some cocktails!
Prague, a city of a thousand spires, the historic old town with its beautiful buildings and the magnificent astronomical clock. full of cafes and shops and most importantly the VAT refund centre (yes, you get your VAT refund in the city even before you leave the country). We spent hours strolling around the square and its many bylaws. The cafes facing the clock fill up at the hour to watch the change of time. Its was a five minute stroll from our hotel that overlooked
The famous Charles bridge and Prague Castle. Prague was like walking through a glass in historical architecture. We never took a cab during our one week there. The sausages and beer available at every start corner, although cliched are a must. One of the best restaurants we went to was Kampa Park. Over looking the river, with a terrace at river level, the atmosphere was beautiful. A must visit. Another Restaurant we really enjoyed was Bellevue for contemporary european cuisine. For local food ideas try this guide by Joseph Reaney who writes for Forbes. Go early and watch the sunset while sipping sundowners at both restaurants. Watch the colours of Prague change as nighttime sets in. It is a beautiful sight!
First the food, there were little nuggets of food served all over the island. Wherever you went, you were offered something new and refreshing!
A chilled beer on a warm sunny day. Can you beat that ?
Breakfast- Eggs Benedict!
And now for the fun 😉
The Bluest of Blues. Every shade imaginable. It makes my soul sing and prepares me for another year in the city until I’ve had enough it all and need to go back to my Soul Spa. The Maldives. Sunrise, Sunsets, cool waters and warm sun. Soft white sand under your feet. The gentle Tropical breeze as you while the afternoon by with a cocktail in your hand. Evenings at the spa, long lazy massages and then the sundowners and sound sleep. Preparing you for another day of the same 🙂 Aaaahhhh…. I can’t wait to go back!
We had a beautiful Beach Villa with a plunge pool and a pier in front of the villa to watch the Sunrise and sunsets from. There are plenty of pictures so do scroll down to the end!
